Weekends and Public Holidays

1 hour
This consists of a Kid's show, games & prizes and balloon animals for up to 15 kids. For ages 3 and below, the magic and juggling show is replaced with singing, percussion and movement.
The standard fee for 1 hour is $1,700.

1.5 hours
- Option 1 - Starts with 45 minutes face-painting or hair-wraps followed by a Kid's show, wrapping up with balloon animals.
- Option 2 - Starts with a Kid's show, followed by dancing, games & prizes and finishes off with balloon animals for up to 30 kids.
The 1.5 hour program is offered at a discounted fee of $2,400.

2 hours
This could include any combination of face-painting, hair-wraps, Kid's show, games & prizes and balloon animals. For ages 6 and up, a brief magic clinic with gift can be included.
The fee for 2 hours is discounted at $3,000.

3 hours
This could include any combination of tattoos, face-painting, hair-wraps, Kid's show, games & prizes and balloon animals. For ages 6 and up, a brief magic clinic with gift can be included.
The fee for 3 hours is discounted at $4,000.

Choice and number of activities depend on the number of kids and duration of event. Please see activity duration below as a guide and feel free to call us at 60 205 205 for a recommendation.

Face-painting - allow 3-5 mins per child
Hair-wraps - allow 2-4 mins per child
Kids show - allow 30 mins
Games & prizes - allow 30 mins
Magic clinic - allow 15 mins
Balloon animals - allow 20 mins

For multiple or large bookings, further discounts may be offered.

Charity Discount
Partykrashers strives to be a caring entity. While the nature of our profession and industry limits the amount of pro bono work we can do without becoming charity cases ourselves, we are pleased to offer generous discounts or other special arrangements to selected charity organisations for their fundraising activities. Activities must directly benefit the beneficiaries of the charity. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Optional Extras
Airbrush tattoos - realistic looking tattoos with a choice of over 100 designs. Washes off with soap and water. Add $250.00
Activity Assistant - For parties with more than 30 kids, an Activity Assistant is recommended. Fees start from $800 per hour.

Minimum Booking
Minimum booking for New Territories and Discovery Bay is 1.5 hours.

Transportation Surcharge
A transportation surcharge of $150 - $250 is applicable for Tai Tam, Redhill, Discovery Bay and most areas in the New Territories.

Cancellation Policy
When a booking is confirmed, we block out the schedule and turn away other engagements. This means that any postponement or cancellation results in a hundred percent loss for us. As such, all confirmed bookings are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking fee in the event of postponement or cancellation, except where a Tyhphoon 8 or Black Rainstorm signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at the time of the event.
